My therapy is based on increasing self awareness, challenging negative thoughts and assumptions, understanding the power within, increasing affective communication skills with the use of CBT and EFT techniques. I am also PREPARE certified(pre-marital counseling).
My counseling style is warm and inviting. I am down to earth. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. Helping people become the best versions of themselves is something I love and I look forward to being on the journey to a better self with you.
