I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in helping individuals navigate anxiety disorders, trauma, and PTSD, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My work with clients has primarily been focused on adults who are affiliated with the military, first responders, and individuals with a history of trauma.
