It's time to lean into these feelings rather than avoiding them. While I cannot make anxiety go away, I can help you build skills to allow you to live with more ease. I am also a Certified Daring Way Facilitator. Daring Way is a methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown and focuses on the power of vulnerability, courage, and shame resilience.
