I help children with challenging behaviors, anxiety, depression, ADHD, highly gifted & talented, special needs, those with difficult experiences such as adoption, divorce, loss of a loved one, or trauma.
I work closely with parents throughout our time together. Play Therapy helps children to find healthy solutions to the challenges they face. Children increase their self-esteem as they develop greater self awareness and appropriate strategies to handle stressful situations that arise day to day.
I have dedicated years to understanding brain development. This specialized training gives me insight into understanding the root cause of behaviors. By getting to the bottom of the challenge, children are able to make long lasting positive changes in their behavior and find greater joy in relationships with family and friends.
