As a therapist with over 30 years of experience, I believe in recognizing and building upon each person’s strengths to help them navigate emotional challenges. In addition, I have over experience working with adoptees, adoptive parents and birth parents.
I also provide Accelerated Resolution Therapy is a unique eye movement based approach to psychotherapy. ART is unique because the ART Therapist guides the client to replace the negative images in the mind that cause the symptoms with positive images of the client’s choosing. And this is done quickly without having to verbalize the details.
