Through compassionate, professional counseling I am able to help people reduce anxiety and depression and lead more fulfilling lives. I work with adolescents and adults with a focus on emerging adulthood (age 18-29). My specialties include helping people reduce the distressing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, concerning behaviors, life transition issues, and ADHD. During our sessions I will be engaged, interactive and provide helpful feedback as we work together to resolve the issues most relevant to you.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience helping people in various capacities. It is my passion to promote hope and healing through compassionate, professional counseling so that people can become self-directed, connected and vital members of their families and communities.
