You will find that I am genuine, encouraging and motivated to help by providing support and validation, psychoeducation and skills. I have over 17 years of experience helping adults with anxiety and panic attacks, mood disorders, life transitions (school, career, breakups, infertility, pregnancy, parenthood), trauma, grief, stress management, and low self-esteem. My role as a therapist is to help you better understand your needs and strengths and develop goals and strategies to live a fulfilling life.
I am passionate about helping people going through transitions in their lives, whether expected or unexpected. I love working with expecting and new parents who are adjusting to changes in their relationships, careers or sense of self. I enjoy working with people struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma or past events that have had long-lasting effects.
I would like to be there with you while you figure things out. I want you to feel empowered to set healthy limits in relationships, establish work/life balance, process hurts, develop coping skills for anxiety and stress, and find hope and meaning. I have special training in trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and pregnancy and infant loss.
