We are living in complex times with many changes and turmoil. If you're feeling stressed, anxious, sad; you are not alone! I believe that we all have within us a capacity to heal. One avenue for growth and change is through the relationship between client and therapist. I use therapeutic strategies that help clients become aware of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how they contribute to disconnection or distress. My focus is to facilitate the desired changes identified by each client and to work at his/her pace towards their goals. It is always a privilege to walk with clients through this sacred journey.
I love collaborating with my clients; single or partnered on achieving their goals. I'm trained in Emotion Focused Therapy, Imago Relational Therapy, ACT, DBT, Trauma and Attachment. My therapeutic approach is through warmth, listening, compassion, non judgement and humor. My expertise is in working with grief/loss, distressed couples/individuals.
