I work collaboratively with my clients to help them overcome the pain of past traumatic experiences. Helping my clients to develop a strong "sense of self " in turn yields a person with increased motivation and self empowerment. I truly believe that the therapeutic alliance is at the center of treatment, which fosters a safe environment for you to speak freely and genuinely while remaining open to interpretation of defense mechanisms related to past traumas. I hope to provide some insight into thought patterns, negative relationship cycles and behavioral patterns that may be affecting your self worth and relationships today.

With a particular interest in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, my goal is to help you develop self understanding and awareness regarding the emotional issues and conflicts you are experiencing today. In working together, I will validate you , encourage you and motivate you to live your life with deliberate intent-to feel in control of all aspects of your life.
