I work to support children, families and adults as they struggle with emotional issues, changes in life situations and the impact of medical conditions. I am committed to listening to the individual and working together to create a plan that focuses on their needs, strengths and goals.
During my own life, I have learned the importance of preparing for life transitions. This includes getting ready for retirement not only financially but emotionally. I have been honored to work with elders to ensure that the next phase of their lives is meaningful and productive in a new way.
I bring over 20 years of experience providing care in diverse settings including psychiatric, medical and school environments. I have helped children navigate school settings as these environments have become more stressful and complex. Children with learning and social issues including those who present with complex needs can and succeed !
