I am a private practitioner licensed in NYS and FL. I work remotely with clients for ease and convenience via phone, video or messaging. Drawing from my clinical training and experience as well as my trainings in yoga and mindfulness, I help my clients learn to manage, accept, reframe, and restructure their negative thoughts and feelings which ultimately helps reduce stressful patterns of behavior while improving overall wellness. I am also a certified intuitive eating coach and am passionate about helping clients heal their relationship with food and their body.

Utilizing an holistic approach my techniques are effective in identifying underlying problems that are hindering a client's growth towards positive mental health and well being.
