About
My goal is your self acceptance, which is the foundation for your happiness. We achieve this together by changing your perspective about yourself, by identifying your unconscious beliefs that hold you back from reaching your full potential. My method is effective, simple and practical. I teach you THE CLARITY KEY (my model) which allows you to identify the hidden motivations driving your troubled relationships, emotions and self destructive behaviors. Once these beliefs are exposed and understood, your perspective shifts and your experience of yourself and life changes. You rapidly achieve self acceptance/confidence with lasting compassion for yourself and others.
My Total Anxiety Relief Program consists of 3 classes. Banish Symptoms with evidence based techniques to reset the stress response, Banish Sabotaging Beliefs driving dysfunctional emotions and behaviors, and Banish Doubt and Trust yourself, by accepting what is. My unique Clarity Key Method removes the hidden beliefs driving dysfunctional behaviors
THE CLARITY KEY is my proprietary model developed, tested and refined through my personal experience, training and research over twenty years. I am the only person teaching it. Those who have completed the class have transformed their lives. Please visit my websites: ClarityKey.com, AnneSchanzphd.com, TotalAnxietyRelief, com
