My ideal client is someone who has been dealing with depression and anxiety, and cannot get past it, and cannot remember their childhood, and has trauma from childhood. I am a trauma counselor, and I work with people to bring them to a better place, to cope and deal with their lives in a more positive and intentional way. I also work with persons who have personality disorder, and bipolar depression, ADHD or ADD, grief, and couples counseling. I think that making goals of better managing one's personal problems and treating and managing one's mental health is extremely important to live a healthier life and be happy again!
I do Eye-Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) to help people move past traumatic events in their life. I also do Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help with many of life's issues With all of these disciplines, I also do psychotherapy, and listen and help. I am not here to judge anyone, but to help.
