We will explore what is working for you and where you get stuck, how you relate to others and yourself, and your coping mechanisms. Learning to understand and flow with your emotions will probably be a focus in our work together.
I specialize in relational issues, anxiety and depression. Using a compassionate and collaborative approach, we will look at the interplay between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how they relate to present and past experiences. In doing so, we may explore both known and unknown parts of yourself.
I bring authenticity and optimism to my practice. I enjoy helping clients find insight, confidence, and healing in their lives. We will work together to release you from limiting beliefs about yourself and the world to help you bring understanding to how you see yourself.
