As a therapist, I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults, helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. I take a compassionate, client-centered approach, tailoring each session to meet individual needs. With younger clients, I incorporate play therapy as a developmentally appropriate way to help them express thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to verbalize. Whether it's supporting a child through anxiety, helping a teen build self-esteem, or guiding adults through life transitions or trauma, my focus is on creating a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.
I take a compassionate, client-centered approach, tailoring each session to meet individual needs. I work with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, behavioral problems, parenting skill, worry, fear, boundaries, self-confidence and stress. I incorporate play therapy into my sessions with children and bring IFS in with teens and adults.
