I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Art Therapist with over 20 years of experience. I work with adults who are seeking treatment for various reasons: addiction, alcohol use and/or substance use, anxiety, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, and more.
In addition to psychotherapy, art therapy can be a valuable tool when appropriate and if the client agrees. "Art therapy is a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person's physical, mental, and emotional well-being."
