About
I enjoy working with clients who are ready to make positive changes in their lives. I like to walk beside clients and help them find their strength and resiliency. Clients are then able to grow as individuals and to grow in relationships with others. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them find the best ways to live healthy lives with loving relationships. I strive to create a safe environment for clients to express themselves and find new solutions that lead to serenity.
Currently, I am a Registered Play Therapist. With Play Therapy, clients of all ages can practice and implement lifelong strategies to master their challenges. I am also a Nationally Certified Anger Management Specialist. Clients can learn to handle frustrations in a constructive way that leads to better control and life satisfaction.
When you are ready to make positive changes in your life and to grow in life satisfaction, please reach out to me. I am here to walk with you!
