I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 4 years of experience in community mental health and a passion for empowering clients and fostering meaningful change. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, ADHD/ASD, women's issues, stress, insomnia, and relationships, including polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous dynamics. I am also deeply committed to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and specialize in helping trans and nonbinary individuals through the journey of medical transitioning.
I earned my Master's in Clinical Social Work from Radford University. My therapeutic approach incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, rational emotive behavior therapy, and feminist theory.
