I have in-person and virtual openings. I work with people individually or relationally who are committed to learning and development. Together, we'll improve communication patterns and relationships skills; deepen or build your purpose and joy for living; create a life that is more in alignment with your desires and values; foster the care and respect you want; consider and support your identity and its full expression; and manage challenges with more skill and confidence. Living intentionally, including being in therapy, isn't always easy. But it's often far more satisfying than repeating our outdated habits.
I help people see themselves and others with loving eyes. We'll use evidence-based work, focused on body/mind awareness. Social justice, trauma, systems, and developmental lenses are key. Relationships are my area of focus: Romantic, Friends, Community, Business, and Family: adult child/parent, intergenerational, stepfamily, poly, LGBTQ+, queer, and trans.
My life experience, formal education, and training gives me a strong set of ways to support you in becoming more who you want to be. With less of what you don't want.
