Many of my clients have had experiences have left them feeling like they are unloveable, never enough, always at fault, and not safe. Maybe that negative self talk resonates with you. Events from your past likely created the environment for this inner bully to develop. We can work through those events and free you from the negative self talk that has been getting in your way. You can go forward with more confidence, self compassion, and peace.
My approach is relational and client centered. I have extensive training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), trauma, anxiety, grief, loss, relationship problems, depression, family issues. and helping people adjust to life’s unexpected, or expected, twists and turns.
