Healing begins with safety and trust. In our work together, I aim to offer compassion so you can reconnect with yourself, your emotions, and others. I specialize in working with various types of trauma including survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, interpersonal violence, adults impacted by parental mis-attunement, and birth trauma. I also specialize in anxiety, pregnancy, and parenting after trauma.
My integrative approach helps you recognize, understand, and manage your emotions—and how they connect to past and present. I aim to hold the impact of your past, systemic oppression, and the intersection of identities in my work. I strive to create a space that affirms all identities and fosters healing through awareness, compassion, and collaboration.
