Anne has been working in the mental health profession for over 25 years. She provides individual & couples therapy, as well as parent coaching, and weight management/Intuitive Eating support groups. She helps couples re-connect, overcome communication barriers, and create a deeper understanding and greater sense of connectedness with one another. Anne works with individuals to help clients achieve mood stability; reduce their stress with greater balance in every day living; create more fulfilling relationships; and find resilience to clear away obstacles, or painful memories, to finding a renewed joy and sense of direction in their lives.
