Everyone experiences challenges at times and if you are looking for support to help you meet your goals I can help you. I specialize in helping adults and children struggling with anxiety, depression ADHD body dysphoria, mood swings and many other struggles. I use multiple therapeutic approaches to help my clients reduce their challenges. I am trauma informed and a solution focused therapist. I help clients to implement effective coping strategies and teach techniques to improve their lives. I build strong therapeutic alliances with my clients, supporting them in all aspects of their life.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and other techniques to address uncomfortable thoughts and feelings and improve overall mental health. I implement coping skills to help you manage your uncomfortable symptoms, and help you define what is meaningful to you.
I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Play Therapy and Couples Therapy. In our first session we will build a treatment plan together to meet your individual and family needs. I provide individual, family and couples therapy.
