This group is an experiential group based on the Internal Family Systems Model. It is an opportunity for you to explore your inner world in a supportive community to increase insight, self-compassion, and courage. By engaging with yourself differently you can transform your own life and relationships. These groups will be focussed on intention setting. We will explore all the parts of ourselves that both align with and are in conflict with our intentions that make it difficult to live and behave according to our true nature. Starts in January 2023.
