I believe in tending to the underlying wounds that live at the root of our ongoing stress, despair, and life and relationship challenges.
I help clients who have experienced often a lifetime of self-blame, self-loathing, and low self-esteem, heal the wounds at the heart of these painful patterns. I support clients who have felt like they need to run themselves dry living up to others' expectations and needs, find the freedom to release this burden and begin to heal a lifetime of self-neglect.
These issues are universal human experiences and I love working on them with any and all neurotypes. But these issues do show up more frequently, and in particular ways with those who have ADHD or are autistic, and this intersection is a particular passion of mine.
