I have the necessary experience to treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and relationship issues. Applying EMDR, I guide clients in effectively reprocessing traumatic events and moving forward with their lives. This technique is invaluable for veterans! Using DBT, I empower clients to regulate emotions and transcend the struggles of life.
