I have extensive clinical experience working with people with anxiety, depression, traumas and interpersonal issues that interfere with effective level of functioning and overall well being. My focus in the therapeutic process is working together with my clients in an interpersonal, present-centered approach. Through this experiential, here and now focus, we work on increasing your awareness of alienated aspects of self that interfere with your self-realization, healthy relationships and overall well-being.
I believe that therapy is a journey of increasing awareness of what is now rather than what is perceived to be happening based on the past experience. Focus is on increasing awareness of unresolved past issues that get in the way of your functioning today and discover positive new ways of coping.
