Are you a Christian woman dealing with depression, anxiety, or trauma? Do you feel stuck and unsure what to do next to feel better? There is hope for you. We’ll work together to reach a point where you are no longer going through the motions of life and being in “survivor mode.” I can help you feel comfortable enough for you to share your thoughts and feelings. You can discover the connections between your thoughts and feelings and learn coping skills that can help you get on the healing path. Through our therapy sessions, I can help you discover your strengths and learn how to use them.
I help my clients discover their strengths by actively listening, asking the right questions, and teaching them skills. When my clients connect with their strengths they become more confident and capable of coping. They realize they can handle the challenges in their lives.
When you are trying to cope with depression, anxiety or trauma it can seem overwhelming and never ending. It can be hard to believe in yourself. I will believe in you until you are able to believe in yourself again. We will work together and I will cheer you on until you feel more like yourself again.
