I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, eating disorders, OCD , depression, and mood disorders. I utilize a combination of cognitive behavior therapy, exposure response prevention, acceptance commitment therapy, and DBT. I carefully tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs. We together will figure out what the best approach is for you.

Young adult College Mental Health Group
This group is comprised of young new college students. It is a free run, small group of 3 currently, and we are looking for new members. It is virtual and meets bimonthly on Wednesdays at 6:30. It will be filled at 6 members. Topics discussed are relationships, family issues, social anxiety, mood disorder symptoms, and anything mental health related. Insurance accepted if we are within network of your provider. ask for details.
