Hello potential client! You are hurting in some way if you are here reading this. Maybe you feel like you are getting more and more stressed out and just one more stressor would be too much for you to handle. Maybe you worry all the time about everything and can't stop. Maybe you are sad all the time and don't enjoy doing things that used to be fun. Maybe you are feeling helpless or hopeless about what to do. Maybe you have been through a traumatic experience or are grieving. Maybe you are thinking the way you have been using substances is causing you problems.
During our first session we will start to get to know each other and will start building your treatment plan. Your treatment plan will be our roadmap as it will have the goals and objectives we want to accomplish as we are working together. After each session, I want my clients to feel that they have been heard and understood.
I use a variety of treatment methods and tools. I will assign assessment tools as appropriate. For example, if someone is struggling with depression, I will have them fill out an assessment for depression at regular intervals.
