I've been assisting adults of all ages who are looking to make a change in their lives. It is a deep privilege for me to journey beside my clients as they grow, and my therapeutic style is warm & collaborative. One of my passions is treating mental health professionals, or anyone looking to become more genuinely themselves.
For over the last 25 years, my work has been with individuals, couples, groups, and families. This includes treatment of: depression, anxiety, improving relationships, couple's therapy, connecting and attachment concerns, women's issues across the lifespan, listening to and interpreting our dreams, life transitions, and increasing self-acceptance.
One of my passions is group therapy; a powerful, not-alone experience. Group is an affordable way to be in longer term, in-depth therapy, that offers a place to belong, grow, connect, and to understand your patterns in relationships. I offer women's groups, a women at midlife group, a group for men and women, and a 12 week group focussed on healing shame.
