Trauma isn’t always loud or obvious. Sometimes it’s the quiet accumulation of moments where your needs went unmet or you learned it wasn’t safe to fully show up as yourself. Over time, that can lead to anxiety, burnout, or relationships that feel confusing or draining. As a trauma-informed therapist, I help people who’ve learned to hold it all together on the outside but feel overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside. Together, we’ll slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and rebuild a sense of safety, self-trust, and emotional balance.

My approach weaves together trauma-informed therapy, somatic work, and parts work (IFS-informed). Sessions are collaborative and move at a pace that feels safe for both your nervous system and your story. Together, we’ll make sense of your patterns, learn how to calm your body, and reconnect with the parts of you that want to feel more steady and confident.

I provide trauma-informed individual therapy for adults and teens struggling with anxiety, burnout, and relationship concerns. Services include in-person trauma counseling in Orlando and online therapy throughout Florida.
