Welcome! I'm Anne and I offer a supportive space where you can grow, heal, and connect with yourself. My style is relational and compassionately direct with a large dose of humor (when appropriate). I work with clients on a variety of issues, including trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, personal growth, identity, depression, anxiety, stress, and neurodiversity. With some clients I use EMDR, a powerful modality that while most associated with PTSD and trauma, can be used for depression, anxiety, grief and loss, phobias, low self-esteem, as well as many other issues.
I also work with couples and relationships on issues such as communication, ethical non monogamy, parenting, and trust recovery. My style with couples tends to be active and direct. We spend time exploring your patterns and dynamics and identify what is increasing connection and safety and what isn't. I am also a state board-approved LPC clinical supervisor
