I specialize in working with teens, young adults, women across all stages of life, those wrestling faith, and those who find themselves facing the reality of betrayal trauma. I see clients for concerns such as: grief, anxiety/depression, life transitions, relationship conflict, trauma, and family issues. I meet you where you are, with gentleness.
My aim is to help you grow in understanding your story and how it has shaped you and how you see yourself, God, your relationships, and the world around you. I believe that by inviting you to sit in those moments of deep pain, confusion, or darkness in your journey you can start to understand the true and deeper story of your life – you are known and loved.
