I specialize in trauma, relationship strain, life transitions, chronic pain & illness, and neurodivergence. Whether you come alone or with your partner, we identify patterns shaping your reactions, including how the nervous system drives both emotional and physical pain. My work is integrative and attachment-focused, building safety and steadier connection
