I am a passionate advocate for healing. I specialize in working with individuals who are interested in experiencing life in a way that is more whole, empowered and safe. I believe in using gentle interventions to encourage sustainable healing.
I serve as a trusted guide, helping clients explore different parts of themselves—including their resilience and joy, as well as more tender, challenging, and complex parts.
I draw from multiple modalities to co-create a therapeutic process that is right for you. I have extensive experience guiding individuals in practices such as mindfulness, self-compassion, and empowerment focused therapy.
Gestalt therapy is my theoretical home. Gestalt is influenced by a profound respect for the client, and came out of an explicit opposition to the fascist regimes of the twentieth century. Gestalt therapy reminds me to be curious, experimental, and grounded.
I am most interested in finding what works for the client, and how we can best meet.
