Life presents challenges to us, some are expected while some catch us off guard. I have a general psychotherapy practice treating adolescents and adults with a wide range of psychological concerns and problems. I also have special training in the treatment of postpartum depression/anxiety, miscarriage, grief & loss, infertility, and NICU babies. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, attachment, and trauma-based perspectives.
I have advanced training through Postpartum Support International to help women and parents struggling with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. 1 in 7 moms and 1 in 10 dads suffer from postpartum depression and many suffer in silence. I welcome and encourage you to reach out for help and support.
