I am extensively trained in a powerful form of therapy called Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy. I also pull from other ways of working including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems and have a particular focus on trauma, all in order to ensure that our work matches what you need.
