I am an experienced Social Worker who has worked in a variety of settings over the last 14 years. I offer supportive psychotherapy to adolescent and adult clients. Most of my practice has been focused on working with adolescents, young adults, adults and families. I am a strengths based clinician who meets clients where they are in life and provides tools on how to continue moving forward. I offer a calm and engaging presence where I listen to my clients. Clients in my practice are looking to gain perspective with regards to their challenge, improve relationships, reflect and make decisions.
Helping adolescents, young adults and adults with work related challenges, life transitions, family stress, burnout, anxiety, college mental health, coping skills and relationships. Meeting clients where they are at and working on goals together.
I am a firm believer that everyone has a story to tell and I want to help you share yours. When working with clients I make sure we work together on the best way to move forward. Clients should know that I provide a calm and supportive environment and a safe space. I am currently offering virtual appointments on weeknights, Friday afternoons and weekends.
