I'm passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma, feel more empowered, and navigate life transitions. Most of my clients have experienced traumatic events in their past, are overwhelmed with life's expectations, or feel disconnected from themselves. Through a mindful and trauma-informed approach, I help them process their emotions, reduce symptoms of PTSD, and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
I support clients by integrating mindfulness-based techniques and somatic practices into their therapy sessions. Mindfulness aids in enhancing awareness of thoughts and emotions, promoting self-awareness and emotional management. Somatic practices facilitate the release of physical tension and stored trauma in the body.
