I'm a trauma-informed therapist who helps individuals rediscover a sense of clarity, wholeness, and connection to themselves. I believe therapy is a space for honest exploration. A place to understand the “why” beneath the “what,” to soften long-held patterns, and to reconnect with one’s innate capacity for healing and growth.
Drawing from EMDR, somatic therapy, psychodynamic theory, and parts-based work, I help clients move beyond self-criticism and emotional overwhelm toward inner balance and self-trust. My style is grounded, compassionate, and relational. I meet clients where they are, blending insight with practicality so that healing feels both meaningful and sustainable.
I believe therapy is not about “fixing” who you are—it’s about understanding yourself more fully and coming home to the parts of you that have always been worthy of care.
