About
If you are experiencing an understandable increase in trauma symptoms or substance use during these challenging times, I am here to help. I have specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, a recommended trauma treatment by the American Psychological Association and the Veterans' Administration. I offer research-informed, online counseling services for those who wish to reduce or eliminate substance use. I am an elementary speaker of Mandarin Chinese. So that clients may receive services discretely, I offer a direct-pay option. I also take Anthem health insurance.
I would welcome the opportunity to work with you. Please feel free to visit my site and use any of the resources you find helpful. If you think I might be of assistance, please contact me.
To see if my communication style is a fit for you, please feel free to view the no-fee course I offer on Udemy. The link is below. https://www.udemy.com/course/research-informed-skills/
