I work with clients to help them assess their life as a whole to establish their needs, wants, and wishes free of judgment or shame. I believe in the importance of helping clients develop and utilize a tool kit to manage life’s challenges. Today, I primarily work with clients facing anxiety, depression, and the emotional weight of past trauma or present-day stressors.
While Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is my main modality, I believe therapy should always be client-driven. Flexibility, responsiveness, and clear communication allows us to work together to reach your goals. I believe in the power of mindfulness and also practice Motivational Interviewing while blending in Strength-Based Perspective.
