I specialize in disordered eating, body image, and trauma, using IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EMDR to process perfectionism, burnout, and core wounds. My neurodiversity-affirming lens helps late-diagnosed AuDHD women move from masking to authentic self-advocacy and body trust.
