I am a licensed independent social worker in Ohio with certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I received my MSSA from Case Western Reserve University. I have experience working with at-risk adults who are living with severe mental illness in both agency and community settings. My areas of expertise include: moderate to severe mood and behavioral disorders, trauma-related disorders, personality disorders and issues related to grief and loss.
I provide diagnostic assessment and treatment for adolescents and adults. I often utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with social skills training. I offer treatment from a person-centered, strengths-based approach and work with you to achieve your treatment goals.
