I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio and the Owner of Impact Counseling Solutions, certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I earned my Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University and have experience supporting adults with severe mental illness in hospital and outpatient settings. I provide diagnostic assessment and therapy for individuals and couples. My clinical focus includes mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and personality disorders. I also offer couples counseling to help partners strengthen their relationships.

I draw from DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and social skills training to tailor treatment to each client. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, rooted in collaboration and respect for your unique experiences and goals.
