About
Are you struggling with "failed" attempts to reduce, control or stop your drinking, drug use or compulsive habit, or addiction? Are you trying to help a loved one who is struggling? Managing through the pandemic stresses & losses has been hard. Now life is opened up again. Navigating all of these changes & challenges with addiction creates unique difficulties. I am trained in Harm Reduction Therapy & can help you feel better, and in more control. We will work together on your specific life goals, using this time as an opportunity to create improvements in your mental, physical, and spiritual health.
You may be suffering from self-loathing, negative thinking, shame & turning back to use for stress relief & escape. For many reasons you may not feel ready or able to quit or where to get help. Coming from a non-judgment & empowerment approach to care, I will help you wherever you are now to sort out steps to change. To feel better & safer and freer.
I coach local clients & also folks worldwide through an online recovery program: Life Process Program. I help parents & spouses navigating addiction problems in their family. My commitment to serving others with love & compassion allows me to stay humble & "walk the talk." I am well connected to local & online services & can help in a first free call.

Anne Earle's Groups
HEART: Healing, Evolving, Recovering Together
HEART is a grief support group, held at Foundations Recovery Comunity Center in Rockland County. It was formed by Freinds of Recovery Rockland members, to address the growing need of family members impacted by the tragic loss of a loved one to a substance-related death. I serve as a volunteer professional facilitator and as a peer. I lost my nephew in 2017 to a polysubstance OD death.
