I provide help and support with a range of concerns and problems, using a flexible psychodynamic approach that is informed by CBT, narrative, and other modalities. I provide both long and short-term therapy. My goal is to work with my clients to create a therapy that is geared towards their individual, specific needs, rather than a "one size fits all approach."
I have a specific interest in helping people cope and live with health and medical conditions, including cancers, HIV/AIDS, infertility, and other chronic health conditions. I have substantial experience working with individuals to resolve family -of-origin and relationship conflicts, to understand and resolve depression, and create positive life changes.
