The focus of my practice is helping adults, young adults and teens discover ways to manage whatever life throws their way. Young adults face many challenges as they transition from adolescence to adults. Some struggle with school, work and finding financial independence from their family. Others struggle with having healthy dating and peer relationships. It can be challenging to learn how to manage your own emotional distress when things get too overwhelming.
In addition to in person and virtual sessions, I offer Walk and Talk therapy, which combines traditional talk therapy with walking outside in nature with the therapist. I also offer a group for young adults who have been impacted by divorce.
