Anne specializes in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, parenting or life changes like loss or divorce, as well as teens who are having difficulties with depression, anxiety, school challenges, friendships, ADHD or leaving home. She also works with couples who face relationship challenges.
Anne's orientation is client-centered, humanistic therapy and uses cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), as well as emotional focused therapy (EFT), creative therapy interventions, mindfulness, solution-focused methods, neurobiological approaches and internal family systems (IFS). With couples, she draws on the proven Gottman approach.
