Hello, my name is Anne, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the South Austin Counseling branch of A New View Counseling. My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by more than 45 years of experience as an art teacher, school counselor, court-ordered parent coordinator, and raising my own family. (I even drove a school bus during graduate school!) Each of these experiences informs who I am and how I connect with clients today.
I work with couples, adults, and teens facing relationship struggles, parenting challenges, depression, anxiety, complex PTSD, ADHD, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is client-centered, focusing on helping you access your own inner resources while providing guidance and support along the way.
