I am a licensed individual therapist with over 8 years experience that provides trauma informed services to teens (15+) and adults. I help clients manage mental health issues that get in the way of healing, daily life, parent-child relationships and attachment, career exploration and development and living authentically. I provide talk therapy services in an attuned manner that is person-centered and facilitates movement forward toward personalized goals. Healthy change can be uncomfortable and you are worth the time and energy it takes to achieve healing, contentment and peace.
I have proficiency in providing Adlerian Lifestyle Analysis, assisting clients with career exploration, facilitating Circle of Security Parenting curriculum, and I am trained in Brainspotting (a brain-body approach that requires minimal talking). I have vast experience in early childhood mental health and soon will be certified in perinatal mental health.
