My clients deal with a variety of issues such addictions, co-dependency, mild anxiety and depression, grief and loss including a specific focus on mis-carries and post abortive grieving.. My clients are motivated to achieve optimal outcomes that address their specific needs. I provide a space for them to feel valued, respected and heard. They simply want to stop hurting and begin healing. I serve as a guide to educate and support them in their healing journey by introducing new skills and information that can assist them in attaining their goals and allowing their true self to emerge.
I empower clients by sharing 30 years of lived experience, and learned resilience, to address their needs and help them realize their best versions of their individual self. Specialties include: compassionate recovery coaching, intuitive guidance for victims of childhood trauma, instinctive insight that supports those with grief by offering safe spaces.
